Beth Goodyear - Consultant

Beth is a Facilities Management professional with over 17 years’ experience in Operational and Strategic FM and extensive experience of both in-house and outsourced FM roles.  Prior to starting FMHS Consulting in early 2006, Beth held the coveted role of ‘Head of FM’ at Ascot Racecourse where she received praise from HM Queen Elizabeth II for her work during Royal Ascot.

Since starting FMHS Consulting in January 2006, Beth has completed a diverse range of FM consultancy projects for large national clients and has also established herself as an experienced and professional trainer and speaker, specialising in Facilities Management, Health & Safety and Management Skills.

Alongside her work with FMHS Consulting, Beth works as an Associate for a number of respected organisations, including FMP360 and BIFM Training whom she regularly trains for and is an assessor for the ILM NVQ Level 3 qualification in FM and a tutor for the BIFM level 4 qualification offered by BIFM Training.   Beth is an IOSH accredited trainer and regularly runs IOSH certified H&S courses including the 1-day Working Safely and 4-day Managing Safely courses.

Beth is a member of the BIFM and was voted in as Individual Representative on BIFM Members Council in 2011, she is also the immediate past Chair of the South West Region and remains an active committee member.  She is a professional member of IFMA, an associate of IEMA and a holder of the Nebosh H&S Diploma.
